Pride for Parents Wake Christmas Stores
Pride for parents is an annual toy and gift sale designed to benefit hard working families at Christmas. Through donations of new and gently used toys and gifts we offer quality affordable merchandise to families in Wake County. We will sell- not give- toys and gifts to families who can afford to pay a small price.
This program first began at FCS Ministries in Atlanta and is simple in concept- to instill dignity rather than dependency. Parents are blessed with the gift of giving to their children. The children are blessed with Christmas gifts that actually come from their parents.
Shoppers
Stores open in December and will be open from December 2 to December 16. We have six (6) locations across Wake County.
Helpers
We need friends, family members, co-workers, churches, civic organizations and businesses to help us stock and run the stores. Together we can do this!
Every gift to Pride for Parents Wake is tripled- a gift for a child, a parents’ gift of pride in providing for their own children, and a gift toward the ongoing work of our supporting ministries and organizations.
